Product Warranty:

Products purchased through Southern Minnesota Gunworks, LLC have differing warranties on its parts if there are no signs of misuse or modifications to the original product. Please refer to each separate manufacturer of the item purchased for in depth warranty descriptions. This warranty is only valid if item(s) is/are purchased directly from Southern Minnesota Gunworks, LLC.
Warnings:

Assembly Warning. The customer should always have a competent gunsmith assemble a barrel or rifle kit, and to make sure that the barrel is head spaced before its first use. Using a rifle assembled incorrectly or assembled using incorrect or modified parts can result in a damaged rifle, personal injury, death, or damage to property.
Ammunition Warning. Some manufacturers know that using reloaded ammunition with its products can cause feeding and other problems, therefore the warranty is null and void if a customer uses them.

Credit Card Information:
We do not keep credit card information on file once your order has been processed. If you need to change your credit card number after your card has been charged, a fee of 5% of your order will be charged to your account.

Shipping:
Southern Minnesota Gunworks, LLC uses UPS Ground, Fedex, and USPS as shipping carriers. The length of time it takes for products to reach you will vary, depending upon your ship-to location. If you have given us an e-mail address, when placing your order, you will be notified with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped. Once a package leaves Southern Minnesota Gunworks or affiliated facilities, we are no longer liable for it.

International Shipping:
We do not ship internationally, and all orders must have U.S. billing and shipping addresses.

Limitation of Liability:
Southern Minnesota Gunworks shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use the materials on this site or the performance of the products. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors:
If, by chance, a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Southern Minnesota Gunworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Southern Minnesota Gunworks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Southern Minnesota Gunworks shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination:
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Southern Minnesota Gunworks without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Use of Site:
You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Indemnification:
Southern Minnesota Gunworks, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) will be indemnified and held harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you.
